Terms

Credits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 1 hour before the start of the session.

Multi Climb Passes, Memberships & Gift Vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another member.

Please speak to a member of staff at reception.

  • all climbers must register, watch the safety video and

  • you must sign & accept the waiver before being allowed to climb.

  • children must be supervised at all times.

  • climbers must wear climbing shoes whilst climbing.

  • one climber at a time per side of the bouldering wall at all times.

  • do not climb, walk or sit below another climber.

  • please be mindful and respectful of your fellow climbers.

  • please leave chalk bags, brushes, bottles and other items in a safe place

away from the main climbing area.

  • no food is to be consumed on the mats.

  • belongings are left at owners risk, rock punk does not accept responsibilty

for lost or stolen items.

  • please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your time slot and be ready

to leave 5 - 10 minutes before your time slot finishes to ease congestion at

busy periods.

  • please be respectful of communal areas and please use the bins that are provided

  • if you see any damage or missing items in the toilet or cafe area please inform a

member of staff.

  • abuse of staff or fellow climbers will not be tolerated and if anyone is seen to be

    abusive in any way they will be asked to leave immediately and may have thier

membership revoked.
